Refund or cancellation requests are sent via email. In the request, the user must state the reasons for the refund. We reserve the right to reject the request if the reasons given are deemed unfounded. The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as it was received (like new), unopened, and/or the packaging must be undamaged. It must be in like-new condition, with no signs of damage.

For the request to be accepted, you must provide the order number and the information of the person who originally purchased the product, whose information appears in the order code.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product and request a replacement or refund in the following two situations:

In the event of a proven error on our part (receipt of an incorrect product or a defective product), the customer must return the product within ten (10) days of receipt.
If the customer’s decision to return the product is not due to any of the objective reasons mentioned above, the company reserves the right to reject the request.
If the complaint is confirmed, the customer may return the product within ten (10) days of receipt. In this case, all shipping costs, as well as any product price differences, will be borne by the customer.

In any case, the products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, undamaged, intact, and in their original packaging. If they are not returned within ten (10) days, our store is not obligated to accept a refund.

Subject to the Terms of Service and approval of the product return, the customer is entitled to receive another product of equal value or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the customer up to ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the product.

In the event of multiple refunds, our company, at its sole discretion, deems the customer to be abusing the right of withdrawal or committing fraud. In this case, the company reserves the right to refuse the return of the product, even if the conditions described above are met. These conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Your obligations as a customer

It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the product and ensure its suitability for their purposes.

The customer must not harm or attempt to harm the integrity, security, and/or service of our company.

The customer must provide a valid name, surname, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

The customer must pay the amount of the products ordered.

The customer or a customer representative must be available at the time of delivery.

The customer must not place false orders.

The customer must not provide false user ratings, product reviews, and/or other false information.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by international and local laws (proposed), in particular those governing matters relating to e-commerce, distance selling, and consumer protection, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our place of registration.
